| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice úprav na míru podniku: customizaci. Základním cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní etapy tohoto procesu a zasadit jej do referenčního modelu MBI. V první části práce je vymezen teoretický rámec procesu customizace spolu s jeho případnými dopady na podnik.
Druhá část práce je zaměřena na již zmíněné rozšíření modelu MBI. Toto rozšíření je realizováno prostřednictvím čtyř úloh, které jasně definují proces customizace. Jednotlivé úlohy jsou provázány se scénářem, který vymezuje danou problematiku. Dále je práce doplněna o tři nové faktory a dokument modelu MBI. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is about changes which are define by company: customization. The main goal of this work is to identify the main phases of this process and put it into the reference model MBI. In the first chapter the theoretical apparat of the process of customization is defined as well as the business impact of this process.
The second chapter focuses on the aforementioned extension of the MBI model. This extension is realized by four tasks, which clearly define the process of customization. These tasks are linked with scenarios which define the problems of this process. This work also includes three new factors and a document of the MBI model. |
