| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociálním zabezpečení v České republice a v Ruské federaci s orientací na sociální pojištění a systém sociální pomoci. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy a je úvodem do problematiky sociálního zabezpečení. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na sociální pojištění a systém sociální pomoci v České republice, třetí kapitola pak na sociální pojištění a sociální pomoc v Ruské federaci. Čtvrtá kapitola je komparací obou systémů, nalezení shodných a odlišných rysů. Závěrem je jejich zhodnocení a formulace návrhů na změny. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with social security in Czech republic and Russian Federation, focused on social insurance and the systém of social assistance. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines basic terms of social security and i tis also the introduction to social security. The second chapter is focused on social insurance in Czech republic and the system of social assistance in Czech republic. The third chapter describes social insurance and social assistance in Russian Federation. The fourth chapter is o comparison of these systems, founding their similarities and differences. At the end the evaluation and formulation of proposals for changes. |
