| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je uzavírání pracovních smluv. Cílem práce je vymezit a popsat pracovní smlouvy, jejich náležitosti a práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a zaměstnanců. Rozbor právní úpravy je podložen praktickým výzkumem. Vybraným zaměstnavatelům byl předložen dotazník za účelem zjištění, zda zaměstnavatelé dodržují zákonem dané náležitosti pracovních smluv. Nezávislým zaměstnancům byl předložen dotazník s cílem zjistit, jaké mají zaměstnanci povědomí o procesu uzavírání pracovních smluv. Celý výzkum byl zcela anonymní. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is the entering into the employment contract. An objective of the thesis is to define and to describe the employment contracts, their requirements and rights and obligations of the employers and employees. The analysis of legislation is supported by practical research. The selected employers was presented with a questionnaire in order to determine whether employers comply with the statutory requirements of employment contracts. Independent employees was presented with a questionnaire to find out that employees are aware of the process of employment contracts. The entire survey was completely anonymous. |
