| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektu vývoje, výroby a distribuce nového kosmetického výrobku s použitím přírodních ingrediencí. Teoretická část práce určuje základní rámec problematiky managementu projektu, zahrnuje popis metod a technik, které se při tvorbě projektu používají. Na základě popsaných ná-strojů jsem zpracoval praktickou část, kterou jsem doplnil o výpočty nákladů a výnosů; dále jsem provedl základní finanční analýzu, díky které lze rozhodnout, zda tento projekt je vhodný ke skutečné realizaci anebo by bylo případně lepší zvolit jiný způsob řešení daného projektu. |

| Abstract: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a project concerning the development, production and distribution of a new cosmetic product after natural ingredients only had been used during its production. The theoretical part of my thesis describes the fundamental frame of the set of problems connected with project management. It also includes a description of methods and techniques used at the project elaboration. The practical part was elaborated on the basis of the described tools and supplemented with calculations of costs and revenues. Further on I also conducted the essential financial analysis owing to which it is possible to decide whether this project is suitable for the real implementation or whether it might be better to choose a different way of solving the whole project. |
