| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o rozvodu manželství a jeho okolnostech. První část je zaměřena na manželství. O samotném rozvodu pojednává část druhá. Práce zde popisuje možné postupy a druhy řízení o rozvodu manželství. Další část se zaměřuje na majetkové vypořádání manželů a následně vypořádání manželů ohledně dětí. |

There are describes possible procedures and types of divorce proceedings. The other part deals with property relations of married couples and subsequent settlement relating to children. |
