| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou vztahy mezi Kaliningradskou oblastí a Evropskou unií. V teoretické části práce je představena typologie enkláv, způsoby jejich vzniku a historické vlny vzniku. Následně se práce zabývá analýzou ekonomického a sociálního potenciálu Kaliningradské oblasti v rámci speciálních podmínek, kterými jsou zvláštní poloha oblasti a sousedství s evropskými zeměmi. Dále se teoretická část věnuje omezením, která jsou způsobená izolovanosti regionu od Ruské federace. Pro praktickou část práce je klíčový rozbor vztahů mezi Evropskou unií a Kaliningradskou oblastí. Pozornost autorky je především věnována vzájemnému obchodu, bezpečnostní politice v regionu a spolupráci Kaliningradské oblasti se sousedními státy. V praktické části je představena analýza fungování projektu "Severská dimenze" a možnosti budoucího vývoje Kaliningradské oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the relations between Kaliningrad oblast and the European union. Theoretical part presents typology of enclaves, the ways of their formation and historical waves of such formation. After that the bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysis of economic and social potential of Kaliningrad oblast, which is caused by its exclave position and neighbourhood with European countries. Theoretical part is also devoted to limitations of the region caused by isolation of the Russian federation. Practical part is focused on the relations between the European union and Kaliningrad oblast. The main focus is on the international trade, security policy, cross-border cooperation of Kaliningrad oblast with European counties. Practical part is also devoted to analysis of the Northern dimension project and the future development of the region. |
