| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením v České republice a Velké Británii. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů a vymezením sociální politiky v rámci mezinárodního práva veřejného a práva Evropské unie. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou sociálního zabezpečení v České republice, s důrazem na důchodové a zdravotní pojištění. Třetí kapitola se analogicky věnuje systému sociálního zabezpečení, důchodovému a zdravotnímu pojištění ve Velké Británii. Obsahem čtvrté kapitoly je výsledná komparace a zhodnocení systémů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with social security in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first one introduces basic concepts of social security and establishes the social security in the international law and the law of the European Union. The second chapter analyses social security in the Czech Republic, with the main focus on pension and health insurance. The third chapter analyses accordingly the social security in the United kingdom, with the main focus on pensions and health insurance in the United Kingdom. The fourth chapter contains comparisons between these two countries as well as their evaluation. |
