| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je tematicky zaměřena na fenomén blogování o jídle. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat blogy jako nově užívanou oblast informací v oboru stravování a gastronomie. Teoretická část je založena na studiu odborných informačních zdrojů, řešící tuto problematiku. V první, teoretické části jsou vymezena základní teoretická východiska. První kapitola pojednává o rozdílu mezi pojmy pohostinství, gastronomie a stravování. Dále je pak charakterizován pojem blog, jeho charakteristické vlastnosti a typologie blogů. Následně je představen vývoj internetové komunikace v oblasti gastronomie. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vybraných českých food blogů, které jsou hodnoceny a porovnávány dle stanovených kritérií. V praktické části je rovněž realizováno vlastní šetření formou dotazníku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the phenomenon of food blogging. The aim of the thesis is to analyse blogs as a new method of information sharing concerning gastronomy. The metodology used for theoretical part are the publications concerning the particular topic, such as blogging, Internet and gastronomy. In the theoretical part, the difference between terms hospitality industry, gastronomy and alimentation are explained, as well as the evolution of internet communication in the field of gastronomy and typology of blogs. The second, practital part consists of the analysis of chosen Czech food blogs, which are evaluated by given criteria. The practical part also includes a questionnaire as a research instrument. |
