| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalézt a poukázat na důvod nebo důvody, které vedly k tomu, aby Házená v Jindřichově Hradci sestoupila z nejvyšší česko-slovenské soutěže WHIL (Woman Handball International League) až do nejnižší 2. ligy, a to během tří let. Dále by tato práce měla pomoci dalším klubům předejít situaci, která by je mohla vést k podobnému úpadku. Teoretická část koresponduje s praktickou částí. Je zde popsána nezisková sportovní organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů, vedení, sportovní motivace, organizační struktura a financování sportovního klubu. V praktické části jsou provedeny rozhovory s bývalými i současnými hráčkami, bývalým i současným vedením klubu a bývalými i současnými trenéry. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že má sportovní klub problémy či nedostatky ve všech faktorech, které byly vysvětleny v teoretické části práce. A navíc jsem zjistila, že problémem byl nedostatečně kvalitní trénink. Největším problémem Házené Jindřichův Hradec jsou finance, které pak dále negativně ovlivňují ostatní faktory, které na klub působí. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelors thesis is to find and show the reasons, which led to relagation of Handball in Jindřichův Hradec from the highest czech-slovak competition WHIL (Woman Handball International League) to the lowest second league and that all happened between three years. Also this thesis should help another sport clubs to prevent this situation, which could lead to similar degradation. Theoretical part of this thesis is corrsesponding with practical part. Here are described non-profit sports organisation, human recources, management, sports motivation, organisational structure and funding of sports club. In the practical part are made interviews with former and current female players, former and current management of club and former and current couches. From the interviews was clear, that this sports club has problems and failings in all factors, which where explained in the theoretical part of this thesis. And then I found out, the problem was insufficiently quality training session. The main problem of Handball in Jindřichův Hradec are funds, that have negative influence on the other factors, that affects the club. |
