| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá Evropskými strukturálními fondy a jejich vlivem na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji. V práci je popsán vývoj regionální a strukturální politiky v kontextu Evropské unie i České republiky. Součástí práce je představení všech Evropských strukturálních fondů, které se podílejí na spolufinancování projektů v rámci různých oblastí. Cílem práce je analýza tří vybraných projektů programového období 2007 až 2013 spadajících pod prioritní osu 3 Cestovní ruch. Analýza má za úkol nastínit, jaké dopady mají projekty, vzniklé za podpory Evropských fondů na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji, který je součástí regionu soudržnosti NUTS II Střední Morava. Dalším z cílů je zjištění, zda tyto projekty napomáhají k plnění cílů stanovených ve strategických dokumentech. Součástí práce jsou podrobné statistiky týkající se velikosti objemu finančních prostředků investovaných do projektů prioritní osy 3 Cestovní ruch v regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava za minulé období. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma theses are the European Structural Funds and their influence on development of tourism in Olomoucký region. The thesis describes the development of regional and structural policy in the context of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The thesis introduces the European Structural Funds, which are involved in co-financing of projects within different areas. The object is to analyze three selected projects which were realized in programming period 2007 to 2013 under the priority axis 3 Tourism. The analysis should outline the impacts of projects which were supported by European funds. Another objective is to determine whether these projects helped to meet the objectives which were set in strategic documents. The thesis includes detailed statistics about the size of the volume of funds invested in projects of priority axis 3 Tourism in Central Moravia Region for the past year. |
