| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální zabezpečení ve Spolkové republice Německo a v České republice. Bakalářská práce analyzuje sociální zabezpečení v každém státě a následně na základě zjištěných informací provádí komparaci sociálního zabezpečení. Součástí této práce je dotazníkové šetření zjišťující stav informovanosti občanů daných zemí o sociálním zabezpečení, jejich schopnost orientovat se v systémech sociálního zabezpečení a zkušenosti a míru spokojenosti se sociálním zabezpečení. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit oba systémy sociálního zabezpečení a stanovit návrh de lege ferenda. |

| Abstract: | The theme of the bachelor thesis is a social security in the Federal republic of German and the Czech republic. The thesis analyses social security in both states and then compares them. The comparison is based on obtained information. Part of this thesis is also a survey, which should find out, how well people are informed, and how they orient in these systems of security. Goal of this thesis is to valorize both systems of social security and to compile a proposal de lege ferenda. |
