| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce reaguje na charakteristiku současné doby. Jsme obklopeni moderními informačními technologiemi, vedeme hektický způsob života, jsou na nás kladeny vysoké nároky, ať už ze strany studované školy, zaměstnavatele či svého okolí. V takovém psychickém vypětí je důležitý odpočinek a relaxace. I přes značně rozšířenou nadváhu mezi obyvateli České republiky a sedavé zaměstnání upřednostňuje mnoho Čechů aktivní trávení volného času a sportovně orientované pobyty jsou na vzestupu. Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh pobytového zájezdu, jehož hlavní programovou náplň tvoří sportovní a taneční lekce. Program je doplněn o kulturně-poznávací výlety. Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky domácího cestovního ruchu, poté se zabývá problematikou zájezdové činnosti a analyzuje oblast sportu a tance. Zakončena je fakty o segmentaci trhu, která jsou při tvorbě a následném prodeji produktu nezbytná. Praktická část obsahuje dvě rozsáhlé kapitoly. První z nich vyhodnocuje uskutečněné dotazníkové šetření, a to jak slovně, tak za pomocí grafů. Získané výsledky posloužily jako podklad pro kapitolu následující, zabývající se samotným návrhem produktu cestovní kanceláře, který se snaží co nejlépe uspokojit přání a potřeby respondentů. Respondenti mohli vyjádřit své preference v rámci nabízených sportovních a tanečních lekcích, dále v otázce atraktivit, které by chtěli navštívit. Zjišťovány byly též požadavky na optimální délku zájezdu, včetně roční doby. Součástí praktické části je charakteristika CHKO Jeseníky jakožto místo realizace zájezdu. Navazují na ni informace o hotelu a poskytovaných službách, následovány podrobným popisem tanečních a sportovních lekcí a jiných aktivit během pobytu. Zájezd byl též vykalkulován a nechybí denní harmonogram pobytu. Přiloženy jsou mapy výletů v destinaci. Výsledky šetření prokázaly, že 83 % dotázaných by o takový zájezd mělo zájem, a proto by se některé z českých cestovních kanceláří vyplatilo nabízet takovýto produkt. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis reacts on characteristics of contemporary time. We are surrounded by modern technology, our lifestyle is hectic and we are put under high pressure by school, our employee or our surroundings. Being well rested and relaxed is important in such a physical exertion. Even though a lot of Czechs are overweight and work at sedentary job, they prefer to spend their free time actively and sports holidays have increased in popularity.
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design a holiday package that focuses on dance and sports lessons, excursions included. The theoretical part introduces problems of domestic tourism, then deals with problems of creating holiday packages and analyses the field of sport and dance. The end of the theoretical part occupies of market segmentation that is necessary for creating and selling the product. The practical part consists of two chapters. The first one evaluates the results of the research using graphs. The acquired results serve as a basis for the next chapter, which deals with the design of the holiday itself considering wishes and needs of the respondents. The participants of the survey could express their preferences concerning sports and dance lessons and also tourist attractions. The survey inquires the optimal length of the holiday and the season of the year, too. The practical part integrates the characteristics of Nature conservation area Jeseníky where the holiday takes place, followed by the hotel description, its services and lessons description. The holiday package is cost out, the daily schedule and maps of the excursions are included. The survey demonstrates that 83 % of the respondents are interested in such a holiday package. The result shows that Czech tourist agencies should consider selling this kind of product. |
