| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán kavárny. Teoretická část práce se věnuje náležitostem podnikatelského plánu, podnikání a kavárny jakožto formě stravovacího zařízení. V praktické části je na základě marketingové analýzy a odborné literatury vypracován podnikatelský záměr kavárny včetně finančního plánu. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno, zda je kavárna realizovatelná. Práce může sloužit jako opora při realizací podnikatelské myšlenky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan of cafe. The theoretical part describes structure of business plan, entrepreneurship and catering. In practical part, there is written the complete business plan of cafe in a small town close to Prague. The practival part is devided into two parts - marketing analysis and financial plan. At the end of the thesis is shown if the project is viable and if it has a chance to be successful. |
