| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, zdali lze neuznaný stát Somaliland považovat za aktéra mezinárodních vztahů. V první kapitole jsou nadefinována hlavní kritéria, podle kterých lze hodnotit mezinárodněprávní subjektivitu, státnost a především aktérství v mezinárodních vztazích. Druhá kapitola odpovídá pomocí klíčových historických událostí na otázku, zdali lze Somaliland vůbec považovat za stát, a tedy i za subjekt mezinárodního práva. Ve třetí kapitole jsou pak analyzovány klíčové požadavky aktérství a přístup ostatních aktérů. Shrnutím těchto poznatků je na závěr odpovězeno na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether it is possible to consider an unrecognized state Somaliland to be an actor of international relations. In the first chapter the main criterias according to which it is possible to evaluate international legal personality, statehood and especially actorness in international relations are defined. The second chapter considering the key historical events answers the question whether it is actually possible to regard Somaliland as a state and thus as a subject of international law. Then, in the third chapter, the key requirements of actorness and attitude of other actors are analyzed. By summary of these findings the main research question is finally answered. |
