| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat pracovní motivaci v multi-level marketingu a to v konkrétní společnosti. Je zde představen jak obecný marketing a jeho nástroje, tak i multi-level marketing a teorie motivace. Pro výzkum v praktické části byla použita
metoda elektronického dotazníku, na který odpovědělo 71 respondentů. Respondenti byli pracovníci konkrétní firmy. Není zde zaměření pouze na celkovou pracovní motivaci v MLM, ale také na rozdíl pracovní motivace u ženského a mužského pohlaví. Tato bakalářská práce svým čtenářům přiblíží pojem multi-level marketing a přinese zajímavé informace o tomto podnikání v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is to analyse the motivation in multi-level marketing company. The thesis introduces basic general marketing tools, but also multi-level marketing and the theory of motivation. The research in practical part was done in the form of electronical survey, which was completed by 71 responders. The responders were employees of specific company. The thesis does not only focus on the motivation in work in general, but also on the difference in motivation between male and female employees. This bachelor thesis introduces it´s readers to the multi-level marketing concept and also mentions some interesting facts about this business in general. |
