| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán pro novou kavárnu v centru Prahy a vyhodnocení reálnosti tohoto záměru.
Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá legislativními podmínkami pro podnikání v gastronomii. Druhá kapitola přibližuje podnikatelský plán, jeho části a motivy pro jeho sestavení. Třetí kapitola je věnován kávě, jejímu významu pro společnost a podnikání. První tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny teoreticky a jsou východiskem pro čtvrtou kapitolu. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřená prakticky. Poznatky z předchozích kapitol jsou zde využity v pro sestavení realistického podnikatelského plánu. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení marketingového výzkumu, který byl proveden pro účely této práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to compose a business plan for a new café in the centre of Prague and asses the feasibility of such intent. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one focuses on legislation for gastronomy in the Czech Republic. The second one describes the process of making a business plan and gives a sense of the motives behind it. The third chapter is dedicated to coffee and its position in business and society. The fourth chapter is practically oriented. Findings from the previous chapter are used employed in making of a realistic business plan for this specific café. Included is an analysis of a marketing research carried out specially for this thesis. |
