| Abstract: | Diplomová práce hodnotí příjmovou situaci mužů a žen v České republice v porovnání s odlišnými výsledky ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Na tuto problematiku působí celá řada faktorů, které ji ovlivňují. Těmito faktory se v práci budu zabývat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá pohledem na nerovnost příležitostí na trhu práce jako celek, důvody nerovnosti příležitostí, ale i příjmových rozdílů. V praktické části jsou již zpracována statistická data, která dávám do souvislostí s poznatky zjištěnými v teoretické části. Závěr obsahuje doporučení, jakým způsobem by se daly příjmové rozdíly snížit. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis judge situation of wages of men and women in Czech republic and compare this situation with different results in chosen countries of European union. This situation is influenced by many factors which are described in thesis. My thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In theoretical part there are inequality of opportunities at labor market, reasons of inequality and differences between wages. In practical part there are statistical data which are connected with results of theoretical part. The conclusion contains recommendations how to decrease the differences of wages. |
