| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá lidskými zdroji ve firmě, a to především oblastí personální strategie a recruitmentu. Jejím cílem je charakterizovat a porovnat procesy získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců ve dvou společnostech a následně navrhnout řešení pro zefektivnění těchto procesů. Teoretická část je především zaměřena na celkovou charakteristiku procesu získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky konfrontovány s reálnými informacemi ze dvou společností, se kterými jsem spolupracoval. V závěru této práce jsou porovnány procesy recruitmentu v obou společnostech a navržena vhodná řešení pro zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with human resources in company and focuses on personal strategy and recruitment. Its aim is to characterize and compare processes of recruitment and selection of new employees in two companies and propose solutions to increase the efficiency of these processes. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the overall characteristics of the recruitment and selection of new employees. In the practical is the theoretical knowledge confronted with real information from two companies. In conclusion of this thesis are compared processes of recruitment and proposed appropriate solutions for improvement. |
