| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním nezávislého finančního poradenství společnosti OVB, jakožto formy multilevel marketingu (MLM). Jejím cílem je popsat vývoj a principy tohoto systému, včetně jeho právní regulace. Nejdříve je marketing stručně definován a MLM je vymezen jako jedna z forem přímého prodeje. Dále se práce zaměřuje na samotnou společnost OVB. Jsou uvedeny základní informace, aktivity jejích finančních poradců a její historický vývoj. Následuje právní úprava společnosti a jejích spolupracovníků. Nejpodstatnější jsou zejména předpisy a potřebné certifikace, které se vztahují k poskytovaným finančním a pojistným produktům. Je vymezeno, kdo se může stát finančním poradcem a jaká kvalifikace je potřeba splnit pro výkon jeho nezávislé činnosti. Důležitou součástí práce je popis aktivit poradce od začátku jeho spolupráce se společností. Konkrétně se jedná o shánění klientů, postup v kariérním plánu a jednání s klientem. V závěru shrnu výsledky mé práce, stručně zhodnotím předpokládaný vývoj a situaci finančního poradenství v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on functioning of the independent financial advisory company OVB as a form of a multilevel marketing system (MLM). The purpose is to describe the system, particularly its development, principles and how is legally regulated. Firstly, the marketing is briefly defined and MLM is specified as one of the form of direct sale. Secondly, the thesis is focused on the company itself. Basic information about the company, activities of financial advisors and its historical development are provided. This includes legal regulations of the company and its advisors. They have several certifications at their disposal, which are essential to conclude financial and insurance contracts. Who can become an independent advisor and what requirements needs to be met is derived from law. An essential part of this thesis is a description of activities of financial adviser from the beginning of his collaboration with the company. This includes getting new clients, progress in the career plan and dealing with clients. In conclusion, the results of the thesis are summarized. The situation of financial advisory services in the Czech republic and its anticipated development are evaluated. |
