| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění, jak si zejména studenti Vysoké školy ekonomické povedou ve dvou rozdílných sociotechnických průzkumech. První, průzkum č. 1 je zaměřen na bezpečnost hesla a druhý průzkum č. 2 je zaměřen na detekci phishingových e-mailů. V obou případech bylo pro získání výsledků průzkumů využito dotazníkové šetření. Dále po skončení obou těchto průzkumů bylo zaručeno informování studentů o výsledcích v jednotlivých průzkumech.
Celá práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol a jednotlivých podkapitol. První až čtvrtá kapitola se týká teoretického úvodu do problematiky. Poslední dvě kapitoly, pátá a šestá, jsou hlavními pro tuto práci. Jedná se o praktickou část, rozdělenou do dvou kapitol zaměřených na jednotlivé průzkumy.
Hlavním přínosem této práce je provedení dvou průzkumů zaměřených na útoky prostřednictvím sociálního inženýrství. Jednotlivé průzkumy byly prováděny pomocí dotazníkového šetření a poukazují na riziko, které hrozí ze strany sociálního inženýrství. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this work is to identify how students from the University of Economics, in Prague, looks at their results in two different socio-technical surveys. First, survey no. 1, focuses on the security of password and the second survey, no. 2, looks at how phishing e-mails are detected. In both cases to obtain the results of the surveys, questionnaires were used. After the surveys were completed, we promised that we would inform the students of their results from their questionnaires.
The whole thesis is divided into six chapters. The first four chapters are based on theoretical information about social engineering. The last two chapters contain the practical part of the thesis, survey no. 1 and 2.
The main benefits of this thesis are the results from the two surveys, which focused on the way that social engineering is attacked. Each survey was completed with the help of questionnaires and highlight the potential risks that social engineering poses to society. |
