| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je porovnat vnitropodnikové procesy zabývající se správou zařízení s ITIL doporučeními a určit míru podobnosti jednotlivých procesů s daným rámcem. Dále si tato práce klade za cíl zhodnotit přínosy pramenící z využití konkrétního evidenčního systému a specifikovat oblasti, které lze vylepšit. Zvolených cílů jsem dosáhl pomocí mnou určené metody pro porovnání procesů. Porovnání je uskutečněno na základě zvolených kritérií a jejich vah reprezentujících důležitost těchto kritérií. Provedeným porovnáním jsem určil míru podobnosti a oblasti, ve kterých procesy nedosahují potřeby zmíněného rámce. Na základě zjištěných údajů je možné navrhnout a implementovat potřebné změny pro zefektivnění procesů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to compare the internal processes engaged in device management to ITIL recommendations and to determine the degree of similarity of specific processes with a given framework. Furthermore, this thesis aims to assess the benefits arising from utilization of specific inventory system and specify areas, which could be improved. I reached selected targets through method designed by myself to compare processes. The comparison is made through selected criteria and their weights representing the importance of these criteria. I determined a degree of similarity and areas, where processes do not reach the needs of the framework. Based on the data, it is possible to design and implement the necessary changes for processes to become more effective. |
