| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu procesu získávání a výběrů zaměstnanců ve společnosti RADIOMETER s.r.o., zhodnotit výstupy analýzy a doporučit opatření, které povedou ke zlepšení toho procesu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Úvodní, teoretická, praktická část a závěr. V úvodní části představím cíle a postup bakalářské práce. V teoretické části jsou definované pojmy získávání zaměstnanců a výběru zaměstnanců. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost, zobrazena struktura zaměstnanců ve společnosti a analyzovaný proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené analýzy a doporučení pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company RADIOMETER Ltd., to evaluate the results of the analysis and recommend measures that will improve the process. The work is divided into four parts. Introductory, theoretical, practical part and conclusion. In the first part I will introduce the objectives and progress of the thesis. In the theoretical part are defined terms recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part the company analyzed, displayed structure of employees in the company and analyzed the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and recommendations for the company. |
