| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou činnosti personální agentury. Její obsah je rozdělen do tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení personální agentury. Je zde vysvětlen pojem zprostředkování zaměstnání a jeho formy, vývoj agentur práce v České republice, vztahy mezi subjekty personální agentury a rozdíly mezi personální agenturou a agenturou práce. Druhá kapitola pojednává o charakteristikách personální agentury. V této kapitole jsou především zmíněny poskytované služby personálních agentur, výhody a nevýhody využití personálních agentur pro zaměstnavatele a analýza činností konzultanta v personální agentuře, mezi které patří zejména obchodní a personální činnost. Poslední kapitola se věnuje konkrétní personální agentuře Žirafa.cz. Je zde uvedeno fungování personální agentury, služby, které společnost nabízí, využívané metody získávání a výběru uchazečů a vlastní průzkum zveřejněný prostřednictvím tištěného dotazníku ve společnosti Žirafa.cz. Dotazník je sestaven tak, aby bylo možné zjistit hodnocení a spokojenost respondentů se společností Žirafa.cz a s jejími konzultanty. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou i návrhy a zhodnocení, které by mohly přispět k efektivnějšímu fungování společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel agency's activity. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one discusses the definition of personnel agency. There is also clarified the agency of work and the types of it, development of employment agency, relations between the subjects of personnel agency and the differences between the personnel agency and the employment agency. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the personnel agency. There are also mentioned the provided services of personnel agency, advantages and disadvantages of using personnel agency for an employer and the analysis of consultant's activities in the personnel agency which are the sales and the personnel activity. The last chapter is devoted to the personnel agency called Žirafa.cz. There is also description of the system of the personnel agency, provided services, used methods of recruitment and selection of applicants and the survey through the questionnaire in the company Žirafa.cz. The list of questions is created in order to find the evaluation and the satisfaction of the respondents with Žirafa.cz especially with their consultants. The last part of bachelor thesis is evaluation and suggestions that could make company more effective. |
