| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací zdravotně postižených hostů v ubytovacím zařízení kategorie hotel. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku postižení, konkrétně definuje pojem postižení, druhy, míry a příčiny postižení. Dále jsou zprostředkovány statistické údaje o osobách se zdravotním postižením v České republice. V další části je vysvětleno, jak se chovat a jak komunikovat s danými osobami. Poslední část teorie je věnována technickým požadavkům ubytovacího zařízení, především se zabývá speciálními instalacemi a vybavením, které umožňují pobyt v hotelu i zdravotně postiženým osobám. Cílem dílčího výzkumu je zjistit cestovní zvyklosti osob s postižením, jestli tyto osoby vůbec cestují a využívají hotelu, s kým cestují a jak se cítí tito lidé v roli hosta hotelu, jak je hotel pro ně vybaven a jaké mají zkušenosti s chováním personálu. Názory prvně dotazovaných jsou porovnávány s odpověďmi zaměstnanců hotelu, kteří posuzují připravenost hotelu a osobní přístup k těmto osobám. Nakonec jsou zmíněné způsoby vzdělávání v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on individuals with disabilities in hotel. The theoretical part gives the definition of disability, then defines all types, reasons and levels of disabilities. There are also given the statistical data of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The main part deals with the code of conduct, in other words how to treat people with disabilities. Last section summarizes construction improvements and technical requirement that enable quests with disabilities to stay in a hotel. The goal of one part of the research is to find out travel customs of disabled people, above all if they travel and stay in a hotel, who accompanies them and how they feel in a hotel as guests. The research collects disabled individuals experience from hotel stay, if the hotels are prepared for them and if the staff know how to treat them. The disabled people opinions are compared with the point of view of the hotel staff, which judges the hotel readiness and treatment. At the end specialized training are mention due to improvement. |
