| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice lichevních smluv, a to především v užším slova smyslu. Analyzuje současnou trestněprávní i soukromoprávní úpravu, přičemž se snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda Nový občanský zákoník přinesl zásadní nástroje pro boj s lichvou. Práce také uvažuje nad vhodností implementace úrokového stropu do českého právního řádu a hodnotí aktuální právní úpravu. |

Analyzes the current criminal and private law, while trying to answer whether the New civil code has brought crucial legal tools for fighting usury. Theses is also considering the appropriateness of the possible implementation of the interest rate ceiling into the Czech legal syste and assesses the current legislation |
