| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je test podnikových sociálních sítí a navrhnutí řešení pro firmu BTL partner & media s.r.o.. Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy a implementací podnikových sociálních sítí ve firmách pro plánování, komunikaci a sdílení dat napříč organizacemi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na průzkum současného stavu trhu s podnikovými sociálními sítěmi a analýzu nejzásadnějších problémů v komunikaci v organizacích. |

This thesis deals with the benefits and implementation of enterprise social networking companies to plan, communicate and share data across organizations. The theoretical part is focused on the exploration of the current state of the market for corporate social networks and analyzing main problems of communication in organizations. |
