| Abstract: | Téma této bakalářské práce je procesně stavěná podniková architektura. Hlavním cílem je přiblížit a vysvětlit význam procesního řízení a podnikové architektury a to jak pomocí teorie, tak prakticky na příkladu fiktivního podniku. Práce poskytuje pohled na technologie a metodiky, které se používají při aplikaci procesního řízení, a vztahuje je k popisu podnikové architektury. Praktická část ukazuje poznatky pomocí podnikových procesů, které jsou na-vrženy s ohledem na metodiku MMABP. V závěru je vysvětlený vztah mezi procesním řízením a podnikovou architekturou. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is Enterprise Architecture based on Business Process Man-agement. The main aim is to introduce and explain the importance of process management and enterprise architecture both via theory and practice. The thesis provides insight on the technologies and methodologies that are used in process management and explains the rela-tion to enterprise architecture. The practical part demonstrates this knowledge on the pro-cesses of a fictitious company, which are designed and analyzed with respect to the MMABP methodology. The conclusion summarizes the relations between process man-agement and enterprise architecture. |
