| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza podnikového okolí Vinotéky u Mouřenína, která se zabývá dovozem, prodejem a servírováním českých, italských a francouzských vín, cognaců a delikates. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Pro analýzu makrookolí podniku je použita PESTLE analýza a pro analýzu mikrookolí Porterova analýza pěti sil. Na závěr je zhodnoceno vnější a vnitřní okolí podniku pomocí SWOT analýzy. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení faktorů, které podnik nejvíce ovlivňují. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses environment of the company Vinotéka U Mouřenína, which carries on the import, selling and serving wine, cognac and delicates from the Czech Republic, France and Italy. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is theoretical and the second one is practical. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroenvironment and Porter five forces analysis is used to examine the microenvironment. At last SWOT analysis is used for analysing internal and external environment of the company. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the main factors affecting the company. |
