| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro společnost, zaměřující se na zprostředkování turistických zájezdů pro české turisty do USA. Přínosem bakalářské práce je zjištění, zda by bylo možné v této oblasti vytvořit životaschopný business plán. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se bude zabývat podnikatelskými plány. V části praktické bude nejdříve popsána společnost, podnikatelská příležitost a nabízený produkt. Dále budou vytyčeny základní mise a poslání a bude vytvořen zakladatelský rozpočet společně s finančním plánem a marketingovou strategií. Podnikatelský plán dále bude obsahovat analýzu trhu a konkurence. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to set up a business plan of a company that is focused on arranging tourist trips for Czech tourists to the USA. The main contribution of the thesis is a research on whether this entrepreneurial idea represents a viable business plan in this field. The bachelor´s thesis will be composed of two parts theoretical and practical. Theoretical part will be followed by Business plans. In the beginning of the practical part the company, business opportunity and supplied product will be described into detail. Furthermore, mission and vision will be formulated and funding budget will be created together with marketing strategy. Moreover, market analysis and analysis of existing competition are also included in this research. |
