| Abstract: | Náklady na opravu neshodných součástí mohou způsobit každé společnosti, která se s tímto problémem potýká, nemalé škody. Je proto nezbytné, aby tento problém nebyl odsouván do ústraní. Cílem této práce bylo najít příčiny vzniku velkého množství neshodných kusů a vytvořit kalkulace finančních nákladů související s výrobou neshodných součástí a poukázat na výhodnost jednotlivých způsobů kontroly v závislosti na velikosti výroby čtyř nejproblematičtějších součástí. První část práce shrnuje poznatky týkající se operačního managementu, průmyslového inženýrství a kvality. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována systémům kontroly ve třech zahraničních společnostech. Praktická část se zabývá vzniklým problémem s neshodnými součástmi ve společnosti Meopta-Optika, s.r.o. a analyzuje situaci formou rozhovorů, pozorování a aplikací matematicko-statistických metod na interní data společnosti. Výstupem práce budou doporučení, která mi mohla vzniklý problém eliminovat. |

| Abstract: | Costs for repairing non-conforming parts may cause any company that is struggling with this problem, considerable damage. It is therefore essential that the problem was not relegated to the sidelines. The aim of this study was to find the cause of the large amount of non-conforming pieces and create a calculation of financial costs associated with the production of non-conforming parts and highlight the advantages of the individual methods of control depending on the size of the production of the four most problematic part. The first section summarizes the findings regarding the operational management-Industrial Engineering and Quality. A special chapter is devoted to the control systems in three foreign companies. The practical part deals with the resulting problem of non-conforming parts in Meopta-Optika, Ltd. and analyzes the situation through interviews, observation and application of mathematical and statistical methods to internal data. The outcome of the work will be recommendations that I could eliminate the problem. |
