| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. Je členěna do dvou částí. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky a metody, související s danou tématikou a je vypracována na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou popsány procesy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. Podkladem praktické části jsou zejména materiály, poskytnuté společností, rozhovor s personálním ředitelem společnosti, internetové stránky a výroční zprávy společnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jejich porovnání s teoretickými východisky. Dále pak návrh možných zlepšení v případě nalezení nedostatků v těchto procesech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the process of recruiting and selection of employees in the company Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part resumes theoretical basis regarding the recruiting and selection process. It is based on the academic literature. The process of recruiting and selection of employees in the company Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. is described in the practical part. It is mainly based on interview with director of Human resources department of the company, provided materials, website of the company and annual reports of the company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the process of recruiting and selection of employees in the company Kostelecké uzeniny a.s., its comparison with the theoretical basis and suggestion of new improvements of the process in case of need. |
