| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá moderním konceptem HR, tzv. svobodou v práci. Tedy metodu vedení lidí, která podporuje přirozenou angažovanost zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je popsat, analyzovat a zhodnotit tento koncept. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretická východiska konceptu svobody v práci. Podkladem pro tuto část je odborná literatura. V praktické části jsou uvedeny příklady svobodomyslných společností z praxe v tuzemsku i v zahraničí. Dále je zde provedena analýza vybraných procesů ve společnosti XYZ, dotazníkové šetření, vyhodnocení šetření a formulace doporučení. K dosažení cíle práce jsou použity tyto metody: srovnání teorie s praxí, rozhovory se zaměstnanci svobodomyslných společností, rozhovory se členy personálního oddělení a personálním ředitelem, analýza interních dokumentů a dotazníkové šetření. Přínosem této práce je pak navržení postupu, jak tento koncept, popř. jeho část uplatnit ve vybrané společnosti. Tento postup je podrobně rozepsán v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor´s Thesis is concerned with the modern concept of HR: freedom at work. It is a method of leadership, which promotes natural employees engagement. The aim of this thesis is describe, analyse and evaluate the concept. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis, procedures and methods related to this area. Data are predominantly based on the academic literature. The practical part represents examples of liberal companies from practice at home and abroad. There is also analysis of selected processes in the company XYZ, questionnaire, survey evaluation and formulation of recommendations. To achieve the goals of this work, are used these methods: comparison of theory with practise, interviews with employees of liberal companies, interviews with the members of the personnel department and the HR director, analysis of internal documents and questionnaire. The acquisition of this work is description of the procedure, how this concept or part of it use in company XYZ. This procedure is described in the conclusion. |
