| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení finanční situace a zdraví společnosti MARLENKA international s.r.o. v letech 2008 až 2014. Tato společnost se hlavně zabývá výrobou dortů a pochutin z medu. První část mé bakalářské práce bude věnována teoretickému hledisku. Zde budou nastíněny nejrůznější postupy a metody, které se využívají k finanční analýze. Druhá část bakalářské práce bude soustředěna na praktickou aplikaci těchto metod na dostupné účetní výkazy a výroční zprávy. Nejprve dojde k analýze absolutních a poté poměrových ukazatelů. V rámci analýzy poměrových ukazatelů nebude chybět srovnání Marlenky a odvětví. Třetí část této práce bude sloužit k vyhodnocení finančního řízení firmy Marlenka a ke konkrétním návrhům externího pozorovatele vedoucím ke zlepšení finanční situace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is a complex evaluation of financial management and financial health of the company MARLENKA international s.r.o. in years 2008-2014. This company mainly produces cakes and delicacies made from honey. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to theoretical aspect. There a variety of techniques and methods that are used for financial analysis will be outlined. The second part focuses on the practical application of these methods to the available financial statements and annual reports. This part first looks at absolute indicators which will follow up with ratios indicators. In the ratios analysis the comparison between Marlenka and food industry will be included. The third part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the final evaluation of the financial management of the company Marlenka and specific recommendations of a outside observer, leading to the improvement of the financial situation. |
