| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, teoreticko-metodologickou a praktickou. Teoreticko- metodologický oddíl je věnován nejprve základním pojmům podnikání, hlavním jeho smyslem je však vysvětlit podstatu tvorby podnikatelského plánu a správný postup při jeho sestavování. Detailně jsou v něm vysvětleny zejména metody využívané pro strategickou analýzu podniku. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na případ z praxe. Cílem je sestavit podnikatelský plán pro restauraci Sushi Samurai a ověřit, zda je ekonomicky výhodné a proveditelné rozšířit stávající rozvoz o své vlastní restaurační zařízení. Srovnání nám dokázalo, že otevřít restauraci se vyplatí a pokud by odhad realistické poptávky byl správný, tak by doba návratnosti investice byla přibližně 5 měsíců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: theoretical-methodological and practical. The first section describes terms which are commonly used in entrepreneurship theory; however, the main meaning of this section is to explain the fundamental parts of business plan and how to correctly create it, especially methods which are used in strategic analysis. In the practical section, these theoretical information are applied in real life situations. The object of this thesis is to create a business plan for Sushi Samurai to verify if it is economically feasible to extend the current delivery service company by its own restaurant. The comparison proved that opening the new restaurant is a good move and if the estimation of realistic demand is correct, the investment would be returned in approximately 5 months. |
