| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce Spokojenost zaměstnanců ve společnosti je zaměřena na pracovní spokojenost pracovníků v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současnou míru spokojenosti pracovníků, faktory, které danou míru spokojenosti ovlivňují a u slabých článků navrhnout doporučení za účelem zvýšení míry spokojenosti u pracovníků. První část této práce je teoretická, věnuje se přiblížení samotného tématu spokojenosti pracovníků a popisu teoretických metod, které jsou v praxi nejčastěji při procesu uspokojování potřeb pracovníků používány. Největší část pracovních míst zaujímají pracovníci ve výrobě, z tohoto důvodu je praktická část zaměřena zejména na analýzu míry spokojenosti a faktorů spokojenosti pracovníků ve výrobě. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části, rozhovorů s vedením společnosti, vlastního pozorování, analýzy současného stavu spokojenosti a faktorů ovlivňujících spokojenost pracovníků společnosti je učiněno celkové zhodnocení a jsou specifikovány návrhy a doporučení za účelem zvýšení míry spokojenosti ve společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This Master´s thesis Employees´ Job Satisfaction in Company is focused on job satisfaction of employees in a particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current level of employees´ satisfaction, factors that affect the degree of satisfaction and weak segments propose recommendations to increase the level of satisfaction among employees. The first part is theoretical and deals with the approach of the topic employees´ job satisfaction describe theoretical methods that are in practice most often used in the process of meeting the needs of employees. Since manufactory employees occupy the most of jobs, the practical part is focused on the analysis of degree of satisfaction and satisfaction factors of manufactory employees. Based on the findings from the theoretical part, interviews with company management, observation and analysis of the current status of satisfaction and satisfaction factors of company employees is done overall evaluation and specified proposals and recommendations to increase the level of satisfaction in the company. |
