| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce Přechod společnosti HASPOL, spol. s r.o. na informační systém SAP Business One je analýza procesu změn uskutečněných v rámci přechodu z dlouhodobě užívaného nedostačujícího systému na systém nový. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku podnikových informačních systémů, a jakým způsob dochází k jejich změnám. Teoretická část práce je dále rozšířena o definici pojmu podnik, dnes již nahrazen obchodním závodem, a podnikový proces. Praktická část je věnována již konkrétní společnosti, kdy právě její postupný přechod bakalářská práce sleduje. Popis společnosti je rozšířen o charakteristiku původně využívaných systémů práce s podnikovými informacemi. V druhé polovině praktické části je popsán samotný přechod na systém SAP Business One a vývoj uvnitř společnosti po jeho oficiálním zavedení s odkazem na dotazníky vyplněné uživateli systému. |

| Abstract: | The main theme of this bachelor essay The transition of the company HASPOL to an information system SAP Business One is the analysis of the changes made during the transition from the old system which started to be insufficient.In the introduction, you will find the basic description of common features of enterprise infomation systems. The part based in theory than defines the meaning of an enterprise and processes within an enterprise.The main part though focuses on a real company and the changes it needs to overcome as well as describes the information systems used also in the past.In the second part, you will find the transition to the SAP Business One system and the development and changes of the company inner structures during the SAP implementation. The changes are reflected in the questionnaire outcomes as this method was used on different stanges of the implementation. |
