| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá implementací Cloud Computingové automatizace do firmy, jejím rozvojem a vlivem na Business Agility. Proces implementace ukazuje na firmě LidskáSíla s.r.o., která má za cíl získat výsadní postavení na trhu služeb v ČR a teoreticky i v zahraničí. K tomu jde právě cestou využití Cloud Computingu a zároveň metod operačního výzkumu, především pro optimalizaci procesů a rozhodování.
Práce nejprve seznámí s termíny Cloud Computing a operační výzkum a popíše jejich principy fungování. Následně seznámí s činností firmy LidskáSíla s.r.o., ve které je poté v praktické části zkoumána implementace automatizace s využitím Cloud Computingu a metod operačního výzkumu.
Práce dojde k závěru, že automatizace procesů při využití Cloud Computingu má za určitých okolností pozitivní dopad na Business Agility. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the implementation of Cloud Computing automatization into the firm, on its development and influence on the Business Agility. The thesis shows the application process on LidskáSíla s.r.o., the company with a goal of dominating the market of services in the Czech Republic and possibly abroad as well. The company tries to achieve this aim using Cloud Computing and also using methods of Operations Research, primarily used for processes optimization and decision making.
The thesis firstly explains necessary terms concerning Cloud Computing and Operations Research and describes used principles. After that presents the company and its activity, following with examining the implementation of automatization using Cloud Computing and methods of Operational Research.
Finally, it comes to a conclusion that using Cloud Computing for process automatization have positive influence on the Business Agility under certain circumstances. |
