| Abstract: | Práce má za cíl zhodnotit efektivitu pilotního příspěvku na dojíždění a výhodnost denní dojížďky ve vybraných třídách zaměstnání mezi zvolenými kraji. Teoretická část práce obsahuje pět kapitol, ve kterých jsou popsána teoretická východiska a poznatky týkající se tématu pracovní mobility. Praktická část obsahuje dva kvantitativní výzkumy, které jsou založené na komparaci a syntéze sekundárních dat. V závěru práce dojde ke zhodnocení analyzovaných dat a shrnutí nabytých poznatků. |

| Abstract: | The two main goals of the bachelor's thesis are to evaluate the possible effects of the pilot project, supporting labour mobility in the Czech republic and to describe, whether it is worth to take a long distance job in selected regions of the Czech republic. The first part of the bachelor's thesis contains 5 chapters that explain the main terms, concerning the topic. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is separated into two single quantitative researches made by analysing and comparing secondary data. Last chapter sums up the results of the bachelor's thesis. |
