| Abstract: | V práci byla zmapována jak širší problematika existence Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů, ale i postup stanovení tematických cílů až po genezi ukotvení specifických cílů v programových dokumentech. Dále byla vytvořena definice kulturního projektu jakožto základního nástroje naplňování specifických cílů operačních programů. V práci byly vytipovány konkrétní specifické cíle programového období s vazbou na resort kultury a kulturní projekty. Byla definována kritéria členění pro databázi specifických cílů. Tato kritéria byla aplikována v maticích, které dávají vzniknout návrhu praktického uchopení zjištěných dat. Součástí práce je návrh aplikace pracující s daty včetně návrhů vizualizace. Závěrem je navrženo vhodné umístění aplikace na web tak, aby mohla být přístupná potenciálním uživatelům. Práce dokazuje fakt, že kulturní projekty mají mnoho možností zapojit se do programového období 2014 až 2020. |

| Abstract: | This thesis begins with mapping the existence of the European structural and investment funds and then goes on to examining the way these funds are to be implemented. In order to establish the Specific Objectives from the thematic ones given by the EU. Furthermore, it creates the definition of a Cultural Project which is an essential tool for achieving the Specific Objectives of the operational programs. It identifies a certain number of Specific Objectives of the programming period 2014 to 2020, which have a strong linkage to the field of culture and to the cultural projects. Criteria are defined in order to stratify the database of Specific Objectives. These criteria lead to the creation of a matrix that helps in grasping the data in a practical manner. In the conclusion a method for designing an application which works with the data is specified as is the user-interface of the said application. Finally, an appropriate positioning of the application on the internet is proposed so that it can be accessible to potential users. The thesis thus proves the fact that cultural projects have many opportunities to contribute to the programming period 2014 to 2020. |
