| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis deseti nástrojů managementu.
V teoretické části jsou podrobně popsány vlastnosti, využití a postup aplikace každé metody.
Pro přehlednou orientaci jsou nástroje popsány jednotným stylem.
V praktické části je popsáno užití šesti metod ve společnosti XYZ a je porovnáváno reálné využití s teoretickými poznatky z první části práce.
Zbylé čtyři metody, kterých společnost nevyužívá, jsou do společnosti aplikovány na základě postupu z teoretické části.
Vhodnost aplikace a využití nástrojů pro chod společnosti hodnotím v závěru každé metody. |

| Abstract: | Subject of the bachelor thesis is a description of different Management Tools.
The theoretical framework is represented by detailed description of use, characteristics and application of each of these metohods.
The structure of description of all of the mentioned methods is unified.
The practical part is divided into two main sections. The first part is analyzing a use of a six methods in an existing company XYZ.
The second section is a suggestion of an application of the four remaining methods, while discussing the benefits of their use. |
