| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza prováděných personálních činností ve společnosti Suite Hotel Prague s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury popisuje teoretická východiska, definuje základní pojmy a charakterizuje jednotlivé personální činnosti v současném pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů. V praktické části je představena společnost Suite Hotel Prague s.r.o a její generální manažerka. Poté je provedena analýza personálních činností ve společnosti založená na výsledcích získaných několika metodami. Mezi použité metody patří rozhovor s manažerkou, pozorování, analýza interních materiálů a dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě zjištěných dat jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky personálních činností a navržena doporučení k jejich zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze personnel activities in the company Suite Hotel Prague s.r.o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part.
The theoretical part is based on the literature. It describes theoretical data and defines basic terms and particular personnel activities in current human resource management. The company Suite Hotel Prague s.r.o. and its general manager are introduced in the practical part. After that, the analysis of the personnel activities
in the company is made. It is based on the results obtained by several methods. The methods are an interview with the manager, an observation, an analysis of the internal documents and questionnaire survey among the employees. On the basis of detected data are identified strengths and weaknesses of the personnel activities and designed recommendation for their improvement. |
