| Abstract: | V teoretické části jsou zpracovány odlišné přístupy k sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Využita je jak česká tak i zahraniční literatura. Jsou popsány přístupy k tvorbě inovativních konceptů pro nové podnikání. V praktické části je v návaznosti na teorii vypracován koncept módní značky, tak aby se odlišoval od již existujících. Na něj navazuje podnikatelský plán zaměřený na založení nové módní značky, která se zabývá pronájmem vlastního oblečení navržené návrhářem. Cílem práce je zjistit životaschopnost projektu v českých podmínkách. |

| Abstract: | The various scenarios of approaching the business plan creation are described in the theoretical part. Both Czech and foreign sources were utilized. New and innovative ways of creating concepts for new business models are described. Following the theoretical base is created a unique concept for a starting fashion brand. The business plan describes details of the fashion brand launching process. The brand focuses of renting designer clothes designed by an in-house designer. The goal is to confirm feasibility of this project in the Czech market. |
