| Abstract: |
Cílem bakalářské práce je zkoumat na vybraném podniku, jak se mění pracovní výkon zaměstnanců v závislosti na stylu vedení podniku. Součástí bakalářské práce je kapitola o organizačních strukturách podniku, dále se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku stylů vedení a řízení podniků. V další části je bakalářská práce zaměřena na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců a faktory, které ho ovlivňují. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce jsou dotazníky, které byly využity k získání potřebných výzkumných dat. K dosažení cíle bakalářské práce je také identifikován styl vedení, který v daném podniku převažuje. Dále se se získanými daty vyhodnocuje aktuální situace v podniku a jsou navržena doporučení pro její zlepšení. V samotném závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a jsou uvedena doporučení pro budoucí výzkum. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis aimed to examine the changes of the employee's performance in relation with the management styles on a selected company.
The thesis includes a chapter about company organizational structures, it also focuses on the characteristics of management and leadership styles. The other part is dedicated to the work performance and factors affecting it. Questionnaires are used for the survey data collection and it is a part of the practical part. It is also necessary to identify the management style in the company. The necessary data for analysis are obtained by questionnaires and then they are used for evaluating the situation in the company and for making recommendations for improvement. The conclusion summarizes the results of the research, recommendations for improving the situation and recommendations for the future research. |
