| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí metod finanční analýzy zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Pivovar Herold Březnice a.s. v období mezi lety 2011 až 2015. Z metod finanční analýzy jsou použity vertikální a horizontální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Dále jsou použita bilanční pravidla, poměrové ukazatele, Du Pontův rozklad ROE, ukazatel EVA, bonitní a bankrotní modely a srovnání s odvětvím. Dále je pak použit Porterův model pěti sil pro analýzu okolí podniku, což není součástí finanční analýzy. Tyto metody jsou popsány v teoretické části práce a následně aplikovány v praktické části. V závěru je celkové zhodnocení stavu podniku a jeho nejdůležitějších znaků, také je přidáno doporučení o směr podniku do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Pivovar Herold Březnice a.s. using methods of financial analysis. The analysis is based on data from 2011 to 2015. Amongst the methods is the vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement. There are also balance rules, indicator ratios, Du Pont decomposition of ROE, EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and comparison to the field. Afterwards, Porter five forces analysis is used to analyse the surroundings of the company, which is not a part of financial analysis. These methods are described in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical part. The end of the work contains overall conclusion and evaluation of the company and its most important parts. There is also a recommendation about the future focus of the company. |
