| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví. Jejím cílem je analýza plnění požadavků normativního doporučení OHSAS 18001 ve společnosti STATEK SOBĚTICE s. r. o.
V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a obecné zásady bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví. Jsou uvedeny požadavky normativního doporučení OHSAS 18001.
V úvodu praktické části je zmíněna základní charakteristika vybrané společnosti. Tato část dále zahrnuje analýzu rizik ve zvolené společnosti, jejich vyhodnocení a návrh možných opatření do budoucna. Součástí je zhodnocení míry plnění požadavků normativního doporučení ve společnosti včetně návrhu registru legislativy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the area of health and safety. Its aim is to analyse the fulfilment of the requirements of normative recommendations of OHSAS 18001 at STATEK SOBĚTICE s. r. o.
The theoretical background defines basic concepts and general principles of occupational safety and health. The requirements of the normative recommendations of OHSAS 18001 are given here.
The basic characteristic of the chosen company is mentioned in the introduction of the practical part. This part also includes a risk analysis of the selected company, evaluation and proposal of possible measures for the future. The evaluation of the degree of compliance with the requirements of normative recommendations in the company is also provided, including the registry legislation proposal. |
