| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku volby podnikového ERP systému z pohledu společnosti zabývající se distribucí materiálů světelné reklamy. Teoretická část zpracovává pojmy z prostředí podnikových systémů, aktuální trendy ERP systémů, alternativní řešení výstavby podnikových systémů a také rizika, která mohou nastat v tomto procesu. Vysvětluje také metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování, pro jejich použití v nadcházející části. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis distribuční společnosti, aktuální ERP systém, který společnost používá a parametry, které musí stávající a nový systém splňovat. Primárním cílem druhé části práce je pojednání o aktuálních podnikových systémech na trhu a vyhodnocení aktuální nabídky z hlediska vhodnosti daného systému pro společnost Dencop Lighting pomocí rozhodovací matice. Pro tuto část je použita metodika analýzy. Sekundárním cílem je stanovení rizik, které mohou nastat při procesu změny ERP systému. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the choice of ERP system from the perspective of companies engaged in the distribution of lighting signs. The theoretical part covers the concepts of ERP systems, current trends in ERP systems, different versions of these systems and the risks that may arise in this process. The practical part is focused on describing the distribution company, current ERP system that the company uses and the parameters that existing and new system have to comply. The primary aim of this thesis is to evaluate current ERP system offer on the market and to recommend the best suitable system for Dencop Lighting through decision matrix. For this part, methodology of analysis is used. The secondary aim is to asses risks that may arise in the process of changing ERP system. |
