| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá simulací výrobního procesu v rámci zakázky na výrobu 50 kusů radiálního ventilátoru RFC 200 ve firmě ALTEKO, s. r. o. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je možné při současných podmínkách výroby dokončit zakázku a předat ji objednateli včas. Součástí zakázky je výběr vhodného dodavatele motorů pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. První tři kapitoly mají za úkol seznámit čtenáře s teoretickým základem vícekriteriálního rozhodován, simulačních modelů a projektového řízení. Čtvrtá část slouží k charakteristice simulačního programu Simul8. Pátá část je věnována přestavení firmy ALETKO, její historii a současnému fungování. Poslední kapitola je aplikací teoretických znalostí na reálný problém, z nichž nejdůležitější roli hraje simulace výrobního procesu. Zde budu zkoumat současný stav výrobního procesu systému a jeho slabá místa se pokusím odstranit pomocí experimentování s modelem. Na základě získaných výsledků budou navržena možná řešení, která by mohla pomoci ke zlepšení fungování podniku i v případě, že bude zakázka dokončena v požadovaném termínu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with simulation of manufacturing of the order for production of 50 pieces of radial fans RFC 200 in company ALTEKO, Inc. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether it is under current conditions feasible to complete the order and deliver goods to customer in time. The order also includes selection of appropriate engine supplier using the methods of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. The objective of the first three chapters is to familiarize reader with theoretical basis of multiple criteria decision making, simulation models and project management. The fourth part describes the concept of simulation program Simul8. The fifth part provides information about the company ALTEKO, its history and current business running. In the last chapter theoretical knowledge is used to real problem by using the most important tool simulation of manufacturing process. In the simulation current state of the manufacturing process is explored and proposals how to eliminate weak bottle necks of the process using the experimenting with the model. Based on the obtained results the possible solutions which should be helpful for improvement of company´s processes even in case that the order is completed in time will be proposed. |
