| Abstract: | Ústředním tématem bakalářské práce je manažerská simulační hra jako metoda rozvoje managementu, která svým charakterem odpovídá současným požadavkům na vzdělávací programy pro manažery. Cílem práce je na základě teoretických znalostí vytvořit a reálně otestovat design manažerské simulační hry jako nástroje pro zhodnocení úrovně manažerských dovedností účastníků a jejich rozvoj. Realizace pilotního kola s reálnými účastníky potvrdila řadu předností a vysoký potenciál manažerské simulace. Zároveň přinesla důležité podněty pro zvýšení objektivity metody a pro vylepšení navrženého designu manažerské simulační hry. |

| Abstract: | The central theme of the bachelor's thesis is a management simulation game as a method of management development. By its nature this method corresponds to the current requirements for management training programs. Based on theoretical knowledge, the aim of the work is to develop and test the created design of the management simulation as a tool for evaluation of participants' managerial skills and their development. Implementation of the pilot simulation with real participants confirmed many advantages and high potential of the management simulation. Implementation also offered important suggestions how to increase the objectivity of the method and how to improve the created design of the management simulation game. |
