| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je řízení komplexního IT projektu v malém týmu. Jsou zde
popsány teoretické poznatky projektového managementu a vývoje software včetně jeho
vybraných metodik. Práce mapuje a hodnotí všechny aspekty řízení a procesu vývoje
multiplatformní mobilní aplikace. Ověřuje potom úspornost technologie Xamarin
nejnovějšího nástroje v oblasti simultánního vývoje pro více platforem. Na základě
zkušeností z dané situace následně vyvozuje doporučení. Tato bakalářské práce tudíž může
sloužit podobným projektům jako manuál pro jejich ideální průběh. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is management of complex IT project in small team. The thesis describes theoretical knowledge of project management and software development and its methodologies. The work maps and evaluates all aspects of management and development process of multi-platform mobile application. It then verifies the cost saving capabilities of Xamarin technology the newest tool in simultaneous development for several platforms. Based on the experiences from given situation the thesis deducts recommendations. This bachelor thesis can therefore serve as a manual for further work of project managers in the same field and enable smooth process of their projects. |
