| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na výstavbu domova pro seniory. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první se zabývá důležitými pojmy jako podnikání a struktura podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část představuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán. V této části je detailně popsán záměr plánu a je provedena důkladná analýza okolí společnosti. Následující marketingová analýza tvoří podklad pro vytvoření správných marketingových nástrojů pro oslovení klientů. Navazující finanční část tvoří důležitý podklad pro zhodnocení investice do předkládaného podnikatelského plánu. Metody hodnocení výnosnosti investice tvoří další důležitou sekci v práci. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou ještě zmíněna rizika projektu včetně možných opatření ke zmírnění intenzity jejich dopadu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for the construction of a house for the elderly. The thesis consists of two sections, wherein the first one is dealing with the basic terms such as entrepreneurship and structure of a business plan. The second part of the thesis presents the specific business plan. This section describes in detail the intention of the plan and includes a thorough analysis of the surrounding environment. Subsequent marketing analyses forms the basis for creating the right marketing tools to reach clients. The following financial part forms an important basis for the evaluation of the investment into the presented business plan. The following part of the thesis consists of methods for assessing the return of the investment. In the final part of the Master´s thesis are mentioned project risks and there are also included possible measures to mitigate the intensity of their impact. |
